Johnson King – the technology PR agency for Europe – has been appointed by Microlise – a developer of sophisticated telematics, tracking and warehouse management solutions – to increase its profile in the UK media and position the company as a force in the telematics and tracking industry.
Based in Nottingham and with over 25 years of experience, Microlise develops and deploys a comprehensive range of innovative solutions for the transport and logistics industry, ranging from providing insight into how vehicles are being driven, to providing confirmation of delivery to the customer.
The team at Johnson King, headed up by account director Flora Haslam, has successfully completed a three month trial period to secure the ongoing account.
Going forward, the campaign will focus on increasing Microlise’s coverage in the IT corporate media, as well as ensuring regular inclusion in the trade and vertical press.
“As the current fuel crisis places further pressure on the transport and logistics industry, it’s becoming essential for companies to track and manage their fleets more cost-effectively,” said Haslam.
“With its impressive portfolio and understanding of the marketplace, we believe that Microlise has the potential to become a key expert on the role that telematics and tracking technology can play in alleviating the demands on this sector.”
