Johnson King could be set to defend its title as SC Magazine’s PR Company of the Year – having been shortlisted once again for the prestigious industry award this year.
Having walked away victorious in 2008, Johnson King produced yet another strong entry – citing a successful campaign and event that was carried out at Bletchley Park last September. The campaign was executed on behalf of PGP Corporation, which sought to raise awareness of The National Museum of Computing’s urgent need for funding.
With an end result of more than 100 pieces of coverage across broadcast, national, corporate IT press and blogs – as well as a substantial increase in public donations to The National Museum of Computing – this campaign once again demonstrated Johnson King’s expertise in raising awareness of its clients through increasingly creative and innovative strategies.
The SC Magazine Awards are designed to reward excellence and innovation within IT security, and several of Johnson King’s other clients have also been shortlisted for awards this year – including Aruba Networks, PGP Corporation and Sophos.
The announcement of winners and presentation ceremony will be held on 28 April 2009.
