
Johnson King has started working with Globoforce following a competitive pitch, to build awareness of the US and Irish headquartered company in the European market. The PR campaign will focus on targeting the UK trade and business media – educating the market on the need to reward employees through strategic recognition programmes in order to motivate employees and help improve staff retention rates.
Globoforce provides its employee recognition programmes through its technology platform, and mobile platform delivered as Software-as-a-Service. This can be deployed globally and easily in up to 17 languages, with extensive partnerships with local retailers and merchants providing organisations with a comprehensive offering through which to award and recognise employees.
